Privacy Policy

I.What we collect

• Account — your email (or Apple/Google sign-in identifier), via Firebase Authentication.
• Subscription state — via RevenueCat and the app stores, so your purchase unlocks on your devices. We never see your card.
• A notification token — if you turn notifications on, a device token via Firebase Cloud Messaging so a notification can reach that device. Our notifications carry scripture and app news, never advertising.
• Crash reports — via Firebase Crashlytics, used only to fix bugs.

II.What stays on your device

• The Book — the complete KJV ships inside the app. Chapters are read on your device; nothing about what you listen to is sent anywhere.
• The ribbon and your bookmarks — your place and your kept places are stored on your phone.
• Your settings — sleep timer and playback choices, on your phone.

III.What we don't do

• No advertising, and no sale of personal data. Ever.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No analysis of your devotional life — where the ribbon rests is not a data point we study.

IV.Sharing

Data reaches only the processors named above (Google Firebase, RevenueCat), acting on our instructions to run the service, and authorities where the law genuinely requires it. No other recipients.

V.Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account in the app (Settings → Account) and your account is deleted; the app stores retain transaction records as regulations require. The ribbon and bookmarks live on your device and go when the app does. You can also email us to request deletion.

VI.Children

BibleSpeak is made for adults and families; accounts require the age of digital consent in your region.
